About the event
Prepare for a captivating journey of self-exploration during our upcoming breathwork session beneath the starlit canopy of Isle of Pines. As the sun fades beyond the horizon, you'll find yourself enveloped by the mystical embrace of this lush woodland. Nestled amongst towering pines and ancient trees, this immersive experience will be guided by Ayram Texidor, founder of Primeval Human Performance who will help you harness the power of your breath in harmony with the forest's whispers. The starlit sky above, peeking through the thick foliage, will be your guide as you journey within.Â
Our evening will end with a guided meditation offered by Cait Rainey to bring you into a place of peace, coherence and deep rest.
