We are a spiritually inclusive community non-profit empowering proactive holistic participation to create a more connected, conscious future. We gather with purpose and intention to deepen our relationship with ourselves, one another, and Mother Earth. We can normalize a more conscious approach to living, seeing, and believing by offering educational events, community-led initiatives, holistic mentorship, and spaces for rest, renewal, and rediscovery.

Cait Rainey
Founder & CEO
Cait Rainey is the founder of Conscious Nona — a movement built on one radical idea: that community isn't something we attend, it's something we become. Her path began in an unlikely place — a background in Law and Communications — before a decade of travel, retreats, and global health and humanitarian work across the world taught her that real healing isn't abstract. It's relational, cultural, and deeply human. That education, paired with 14 years in the healing arts, shaped a practice that blends ancient wisdom with modern science across Yoga, Sound Healing, Somatics, Breathwork, Qigong, and Sacred Ceremony — always translating the mystical into the measurable.
Cait believes regenerative wellbeing isn't a luxury — it's civic infrastructure. She founded Conscious Nona because she watched too many people search for belonging in places that were never built to hold it. Through community gatherings and programs across Central Florida, she's spent years intentionally designing the social infrastructure of belonging — building grounded, not gimmicky spaces where healing becomes a way of living, not a weekend event, and where conscious participation becomes the foundation for a more connected way forward.
Amanda Pascale
Vice Chair & In-Term Treasurer
Amanda Pascale is the Founder of Lionhearted Enterprises, where she serves as a strategic growth partner to founders and CEOs navigating consequential stages of growth. She helps leaders recognize what their next stage requires, make better decisions about where to invest their time, people, and capital, and build organizations capable of carrying their vision forward. A Lake Nona resident, Amanda is equally passionate about bringing this work closer to home. As Vice Chairwoman of Conscious Nona, she brings her experience in strategy, organizational development, and community building to creating a more connected, healthy, and regenerative future for Lake Nona and Central Florida.
Nalini harricharan
Secretary
Nalini brings over 13 years of leadership experience in healthcare technology, specializing in Customer Success, Professional Services, and Strategic Operations. Holding both an MBA and PMP certification, she combines business expertise with a passion for helping people create meaningful, lasting transformation. As a certified Life Activation Practitioner, Ritual Master, and Kabbalist in the Modern Mystery School lineage, she bridges the worlds of business leadership and personal transformation. Through ancient healing modalities, meditation, and transformational teachings, Nalini empowers individuals to reconnect with their inner Light and cultivate greater purpose, balance, and clarity. As Secretary of the Board for Conscious Evolution of Community, she is honored to blend strategic leadership with heart-centered service to help cultivate a more conscious, connected, and thriving community.

Director
C.C. brings over three decades of expertise in energy medicine, mindset cultivation, and life alchemy to our nonprofit board. As the founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of the Splendidly companies, she has pioneered mindset and performance coaching tailored for women in Central Florida.
C.C.'s leadership has led to innovative courses and workshops empowering women through mindset transformation. Her understanding of a personal mindset's societal impact positions her as a visionary in fostering balance and empowerment, particularly among women poised for leadership.
This mother, medicine woman, and lawyer holds certifications and credentials in numerous energy healing and phyto-healing modalities, and holds degrees in Political Science and Law. With her wealth of experience and dedication, C.C. plays a pivotal role in guiding our nonprofit towards its mission of fostering a balanced and thriving society.
