We are a spiritually inclusive community non-profit empowering proactive holistic participation to create a more connected, conscious future. We gather with purpose and intention to deepen our relationship with ourselves, one another, and Mother Earth. We can normalize a more conscious approach to living, seeing, and believing by offering educational events, community-led initiatives, holistic mentorship, and spaces for rest, renewal, and rediscovery.

Cait Rainey
Founder & CEO
Cait embodies the essence​ of a modern alchemist and an advocate for community coherence. Her journey is fueled by a profound curiosity of human potential and the expansion of consciousness. With a background in Law and Communications, Cait brings a decade of experience in hosting retreats and engaging in global health and humanitarian projects.

In her current role as a Longevity Health Coach, and student of ancient esoteric studies, Cait delves deep into Quantum Existence and modalities for Spiritual Integration. Her holistic approach encompasses a diverse range of practices including Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, Kabbalah, Sound Healing, Food Medicine, Sacred Ceremony, Energy Healing, and Spiritual Mentorship, all personalized to meet individual needs.

Through her nonprofit initiative and local mission, Conscious Nona, Cait cultivates conscious conversations, advocates for grassroots solutions, and nurtures high-vibrational healing environments. Her dedication contributes to the formation of collective communities committed to radical human evolution.​
Nalini harricharan
Secretary
Nalini is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in customer success management, project management, team leadership, operations, strategic planning, and process improvement. Armed with an MBA and PMP certification, she thrives on navigating the intricate landscapes of business with finesse and precision.

Nalini is a firm believer that connection with oneself, others, spirit, and nature can help you overcome anything in life. “We just need to take the time for ourselves so that we can help foster understanding, empathy, and growth in our communities and beyond”.

Terry Umarally
Treasurer
With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Terry brings a deep understanding of the human body to our organization. He simplifies the path to longevity and happiness through lifestyle choices. With a degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine, Terry goes beyond commercial paradigms in movement exploration. As a Movement Coach, Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist, he adopts a holistic fitness approach.
Terry's Uma approach integrates diverse knowledge sources, empowering individuals to understand their body's rhythm and healing mechanisms. His expertise guides our organization with wisdom and compassion toward its mission.
Cecelia
Director
Cecilia brings over three decades of expertise in energy medicine, mindset cultivation, and life alchemy to our nonprofit board. As the founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of Splendidly companies, she has pioneered mindset and performance coaching tailored for women in Central Florida.
Cecilia's leadership has led to innovative courses and workshops empowering women through mindset transformation. Her understanding of personal mindset's societal impact positions her as a visionary in fostering balance and empowerment, particularly among women poised for leadership.
Cecilia holds certifications in Reiki, Aromatology, and Magnified Healing, as well as credentials in Nutrition Response and Quantum Nutrition Testing, and holds degrees in Political Science and Law. With her wealth of experience and dedication, Cecilia plays a pivotal role in guiding our nonprofit towards its mission of fostering a balanced and thriving society.
Ashley White
Director
Ashley is a metaphysical teacher and spiritual guide in the mystery school tradition. She’s walked the path to Know Thyself for nearly a decade, and has served hundreds of individuals, helping them remember their true nature so they may live a masterful life. Highly trained in esoteric and occult tools, she empowers her clients to embody their divine essence and live a joyful life connected with the Hierarchy of Light.
She’s the founder of Aili Healing & Empowerment Center located in downtown Orlando, and actively supports clients with healings, meditations and advanced spiritual trainings found within the Lineage of King Salomon. Shes an initiated Magus Hermeticus, Celtic Shaman, Healer, Teacher and Kabbalist, proudly certified by the Modern Mystery School.
Ashley brings her incredible ability to bridge science and spirituality to our team, while acting as a guiding force of higher consciousness in our quantum paradigm mission.
