Purpose of the Program
The Awaken Women’s Ambassador Program is a volunteer-based leadership initiative rooted in Conscious Nona’s mission to nurture spiritual growth, holistic well-being, and a safe, judgment-free sisterhood. Ambassadors serve as pillars of feminine leadership, embodying the strength, compassion, and nurturing power of the divine feminine while building deep intimacy within our community.

Ambassadors are leaders of the future who embody their divine feminine energy. Women who are birthing a future where feminine energy is balanced They:

What It Means to Be an Ambassador
As an Ambassador of the Awaken Women, you are:

A creator, planner, and facilitator of transformational women’s events.

A bridge between our vision and the wider world—welcoming, inviting, and activating others to join.
Ambassador Responsibilities
Ambassadors will be committed to supporting through the following roles:
Community Engagement

Attend 4–6 Awaken Women events per year.
-
Attend at least 2 of Conscious Nona’s quarterly events as a volunteer.

Be a welcoming presence to new women in our circle and encourage inclusivity.

Lead in the Awaken Women’s WhatsApp group, helping sustain a connected sisterhood.
Event Participation
-
At Minimum, lead & plan one Awaken Women’s event per year.
-
Participate in creating and facilitating events.
-
Support with setup and takedown before and after events.
-
Ensure events flow smoothly, honoring the timeline and the sacredness of the space.

Promote and invite others to join the community and attend events.
Spiritual Leadership
-
Encourage personal growth offerings with the board

Embody and communicate the deeper mission of spiritual and conscious feminine leadership.
Ambassador Commitment & Requirements
Ambassadors are asked to commit to a full year of service.
Minimum Requirements:

Attend monthly Ambassador meetings.

Join event planning sessions and help coordinate logistics and content.

Lead and promote one monthly women’s event (with team support).

Actively promote Conscious Nona and Awaken Women’s events through:

Social media

Word-of-mouth

Being open to receiving a Life Activation

Be open to taking the DISC assessment

How to Join
We welcome all women aligned with our vision to apply. Those selected will begin with an activation call, followed by an integration training session and monthly meetings. We look forward to creating sisterhood synergy with you!
