As a parent, you want to give your teen the tools to navigate life with confidence, emotional balance, and a sense of purpose.
At Conscious Nona, we provide a safe, supportive environment where teens can:
✅ Manage stress & anxiety through mindfulness and holistic practices
✅ Build confidence and develop emotional intelligence
✅ Find a supportive peer group in a healthy, uplifting space
✅ Develop healthy habits for long-term mental and emotional well-being
Why This Matters
Studies show that social disconnection, stress, and lack of purpose are major contributors to teen anxiety and depression. Our program is designed to reconnect teens with themselves, others, and nature—giving them the foundation they need to thrive.
Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (others close in age who are mature enough are welcome).
Schedule: Monthly on the last Friday of the month
6-9:30pm
Hosted at LNPC Community Hub (for most dates)
